Make the rooms for me
Rooms of 3. When the numbers don't divide, one or two rooms of 2. Never 4 practising.
Same rank together, new people included: R R NR, Q Q NQ. Otherwise the nearest rank (one apart). Two or more ranks apart only when there's no other way.
One new person (N) per room. If there are more new people than rooms, two share a room, ideally one who has already been to a session with one who hasn't. Never a new person in a room of 2.
Never puts together people on the Registry's "Keep apart from" list (column Q). Avoids recent partners and anyone who has been in a room of 2 lately, where it can.
Highest rank goes first in each room, the new person second. Observers (O) go with the highest ranks.
Everyone here is practising unless you say otherwise. Anyone not practising stays in the main room. Room 1 is kept for admins, and practice rooms start at Room 2.
In Zoom: anyone who drops out gets 2 minutes to reconnect before the rooms are made without them.

Allocate makes the rooms from who's in the meeting and puts everyone in their Zoom room (closed). You can allocate again. Open all rooms opens them and starts the practice 4 minutes later.
